Narrawong Island Holiday Park is located in prime whale watching territory. Southern Right Whales can be viewed almost daily from the land through the months of July to September. This is part of their annual migration through the Southern Ocean. The whales come relatively close to land in this part of the World. To experience these majestic creatures in the natural environment is pretty much on everyone’s bucket list.

Where is the best place to see them?

Popular viewing locations are from Narrawong to Cape Bridgewater. There is a new whale watching viewing platform that is located on the cliff top in Portland.
